The registration was delayed because I misunderstood the rules. I was under the impression that I needed a compliance sticker in order to complete the registration form. Apparently, it's not only possible to register without compliance, but required if planning to run the boat while the compliance is being processed.
Naturally, I did both sides...
Not a bad job with the old paintbrush, eh? Okay, I confess. I had decals cut in the Crestline Coach Ltd. decal department. I could have had some really fancy super-reflective stuff, but opted for something a little less flashy.
